Aetna is partnering with Everlywell to provide an easy option for you to order kits for Aetna Medicare members that need screening and are attributed to you or your practice.

You will create a log in by inputting your name and email, which prompts an email confirmation. Open that email and confirm (Please check your SPAM mail if necessary).

After you have logged in, you will be required to create an account that will allow access to your patients each time you log in. This is a one-time only set-up, and your email will be associated with this account only.
